Elizabeth Elliot (née Stevenson), styled as Lady Elliot, is a character who is mentioned in Jane Austen's Persuasion. She died thirteen years before the commencement of the novel, so she never appears in the book.

Elizabeth was the daughter of James Stevenson, Esq., who hailed from Gloucester. She married a baronet, Sir Walter Elliot on July 15th, 1784. She died in 1800, putting the start of the novel at 1813[1]. She had three daughters: Elizabeth, born June 1st, 1785; Anne, born August 9th, 1787; a stillborn son; and Mary, born November 20th, 1791[1]. Through Mary she has a least two grandchildren, Charles and Walter Musgrove.
